I think it's likely this is an accurate description.
I have previously noticed we could see parts of the ventilation structure in the holes.
I also dont think Hegseth would make that up standing next to CJCS.

Dozens of X accounts that had been calling for Scottish independence have gone silent since June 12 — precisely when Israel’s attack on Iran began, an operation that reportedly included a large-scale cyber offensive.

Shortly afterward, Iran imposed restrictions on internet access.

The accounts, which had been tweeting hundreds of times per week, suddenly went quiet.

The journal speculates that these were Iranian bots aimed at sowing internal discord to weaken Iran’s rivals.

It would be interesting to check whether, and which, accounts went silent in Israel during this attack.
