🇺🇸🇶🇦 The Qatari Armed Forces operate 11 PATRIOT Fire Units (PAC-3 MSE enabled) and 2 THAAD Fire Units. Per their MoD, their own assets intercepted the Iranian ballistic missiles, rather than US Army Air Defense Artillery units at Al Udeid.

Here's the 2012 approval for the PATRIOT FMS case. Raytheon was awarded their (first?) portion of the contract, worth $2.4 billion, in Dec 2014.
The first MSEs went on contract as part of the 2016 production lot AIUI.
