Пермский усть-кишертец Истомин Вячеслав Кириллович в феврале 2025 отметил 18летие и 23/06/25 его уже закопают. Спасибо товарищу Путину, так сказать

@Faytuks @Maxar: It could be two bombs dropped per hole, or there could be other entrance areas. Only 2 GBU-57 MOPs are needed to reach down

The Fordow Enrichment Plant has four main areas, two of which need to be destroyed to put it out of service

1. Cascade Hall for Uranium Enrichment
2. Storage Area
3. Control Room
4. Power Supply Room

It would take at least 4 to 6 GBU-57 MOPs, likely 6, just to reach and fully destroy the long cascade halls with centrifuges. 3 GBU-57s would be needed to destroy the Storage Area, and 3 would be needed to destroy the control room and damage the power supply room.

In total, 12 to 18 properly placed GBU-57 MOPs would be needed to entirely destroy Fordow.

RT @TravelGov: Türkiye: Due to regional events, U.S. government personnel in Türkiye have been cautioned to maintain a low profile and instructed to avoid personal travel to the U.S. Consulate Adana consular district, which comprises Türkiye’s 22 southeasternmost provinces. Negative sentiment toward U.S. foreign policy may prompt actions against U.S. or Western interests in Türkiye. In the past, such activities have included demonstrations, calls for boycotts of U.S. businesses, anti-U.S. rhetoric, and graffiti.  Large gatherings may result in enhanced police presence, road closures, and traffic disruptions.  Any gathering, even those intended to be peaceful, could escalate and turn violent on short notice.

@Shivak03: They are a major purchaser of Iranian oil but beyond condemning words, I don't find it likely for them to get directly involved. That would be out of character.

RT @John_A_Ridge: @beverstine: ▶️ 14 GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrators delivered by seven B-2s to defeat the Fordow and Natanz subterranean complexes.

▶️ 30 UGM-109E Tomahawks delivered by a SSGN to defeat the Isfahan tunnel complex.

🇺🇸 Regarding GBU-57A/B MOP:

20 were procured over a decade ago per a USAF publication, but it is unclear if that includes test models acquired via RDT&E. I haven't had time to dig through P-1s and R-1s to find out.

Not sure how many have previously been expended in testing either.

MCAAP has facilitization for 72-96 bombs per year, but MOP was not actively being procured/produced as of the FY2025 budget request. I haven't noticed any reprogramming requests to move money to USAF Ammunition Procurement for that purpose but I would be surprised if that doesn't happen very soon, if not already. https://twitter.com/ColbyBadhwar/status/1790439358471840086#m

@dkrajendra: Current annual production capacity is 72-96. 14 bombs were dropped.

@dillonrpayton: Possibly, I haven't looked to see whether they are actively advancing the program or if it's just simmering on the backburner.
Colby Badhwar 🇨🇦🇬🇧 (Twitter)

@dillonrpayton: There undoubtedly is a need, but there are already many billions in unfunded requirements across the Department. Lots of competition for scarce dollars.
