There is invariably a discrepancy between what NATO assesses each member's defense spending to be and what each members assesses their own spending to be for this reason. NATO's definition of defense spending, which was last updated years ago, is typically more expansive than each member's own criteria.

The previously unidentified new Russian loitering munition is the V2U, according to GUR. It uses a Chinese Leetop A203 minicomputer and likely computer vision for recognizing targets. It might also use LTE. The video shows two V2U countered by Ukraine’s Azov Brigade.
