There is absolutely no justification for that, and it was an excessive use of force that could have led to serious injuries.

But as of now, it’s clear he used excessive force and committed a crime. In the US, the court of public opinion and a jury’s opinion are two different things.

The vast majority of people are going to say similar things to me. That’s almost everyone. And they can’t have an opinion now? It’s people’s opinion.

@jason_sand25281: Ukraine can stop most Iskander-Ms and Kinzhals with Patriot PAC-3s. Ukraine has shot down over 30 Kinzhals in the war with Patriot PAC-3s and 70 to 100 Iskander-Ms. They were confirmed via video to have shot down 2 Iskander-Ms, two days ago over Kyiv with Patriot PAC-2/3 missiles

For Kinzhals, Ukraine confirmed 28 shot down as fo August 2024 and has confirmed others since.
