🚨🇺🇸 Update: The base budget Defense request is actually flat at $892.6 billion. OMB is assuming that $119.3 billion of the $150 billion in the defense reconciliation bill will be obligated in FY2026.

There is no assumption of the balance being obligated this FY, but if it is, then:

FY2025 defense: $923.3 billion
