Everything the Russian MFA claims is already debunked... Multiple times! Yet again they are lying and spreading PROVEN disinformation.
Even more: they don't remember their own statements...

They were in controll of Bucha untill 30 MARCH according to their own statement on Telegram (t.me/MFARussia/12227), directly contradicting the claim above.
