•09:20. A train with loaded equipment was seen at the railway station in Rechitsa. Russian Railways passenger cars were on other lines of the railroad.

•09:50.A column of military equipment (incl. KamAZ & Ural trucks, a crane, a fuel truck) was moving along the M9 highway. At 10:20, the column was seen at the intersection in the Uruchcha district of Minsk. At 10:50, the vehicles were seen near the military base in Uruchcha.

•10:00. A tent and a communication antenna were seen near Kalodzishchy railway station. 6 military trucks also arrived there.
•10:00. More than 30 trailers were seen on the R-33 highway near Khoiniki. Some of the vehicles have Belarusian license plates, some have “V” marks.

•10:40.About 10 trailers were seen on the R-33 highway near the village of Yampal. Half of the trailers are loaded with tanks. There also were more than 30 tracked vehicles in the field.
•10:45.5 trailers based on KamAZ were seen on the M5 highway at the turn to Asipovichy.
