We can't unilaterally decide what counts towards our NATO target though. The Trump Admin will likely push for the criteria to be tightened at the Hague Summit.

I am incredulous that a good newspaper like the @WSJ would not check with me as to whether I had any personal devices with me on either of my trips to Moscow. If they had, they would have known the truth. Which is, I only had with me a secure phone provided…
