Germany has a contract to retrofit 15 Eurofighters with some EW enhancements, but this is not a "dedicated electronic attack aircraft in production."
15 Typhoon EKs will provide some very modest SEAD capability.
To have DEAD capability against a peer adversary you need F-35s with AARGM-ER, backed up by dedicated electronic attack aircraft.
