Seems a lot of people are misreading, or really not reading at all, this very interesting article.
It doesn't say anything about SIGINT equipment being on board the Eagle S now. This happened earlier, and according to the source, the equipment was offloaded in Russia. https://twitter.com/Michellewb_/status/1872694027352523144#m

@TBrit90: The Russians can surprise you in this regard, but the prime reason why I would extend the window out to 12 months is the limitations in data available.
Mentions of specific subs in press-releases have picked up somewhat after disappearing completely following the invasion, but is still much rarer than it used to be.
Optical imagery is limited by the weather and the winter darkness. There's no coverage of Kola from November to mid February.
