@cym27s: Dnipro needs two Patriots with PAC-3 MSE missiles and great radars. One is not enough since ballistic missiles can come from the North, South, and East. That may have been the reason the Patriot radar (likely) was hit months ago. Cities in Western Ukraine don’t have that problem.
