‼️Lieutenant General of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kirillov was liquidated as a result of the explosion of an IED planted on Ryazansky Prospekt in Moscow. Preliminary, the IED was planted in a parked electric scooter. Igor Kirillov was the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense troops of the Russian Armed Forces.
