Dosye Shpiona says that 18 Russian servicemen were killed, while 30 were wounded (+ 3 North Korean soldiers) as a result of Ukrainian missile strikes on a command post in Mar'ino, Kursk Oblast, on November 20.
The majority of the casualties are said to be Russian officers from the Southern and Eastern Military District.
The deputy commander of the Leningrad Military District, Lieutenant General Valery Solodchuk, was also allegedly present at the command post during the strikes. His condition is unknown at this moment.

@sentdefender: The warheads were likely not armed with anything. It seems small explosions are due to impact force but not an actual warhead exploding.

@front_ukrainian: Bring him back as Top General for Ukraine. His military record was pretty good, multiple successful offensives, very minimal Russian gains after the initial phase of the war. Now it’s just consistent losses with no end in sight, more losses than ever since early 2022.

Belarus received the seventh battery set of Russian Tor SAM systems
Another battery set of the Tor-M2K SAM system was delivered to Belarus from Russia. This was reported by the Belarusian MoD on November 21.
It was reported that the Tor system delivered to Belarus had been finalized by engineers, taking into account the experience of their use in Ukraine. It was not specified what exactly the modification consisted of.
Usually the battery set of the SAM system includes 4 9A331MK combat vehicles, 9T244 transport-loading vehicle and 9V887M2K maintenance vehicle.
In Belarus, the Tor-M2K systems are used to cover the Belarusian NPP, as well as the S-400 SAM divizion. Sometimes the systems are used to cover the Mazyr oil refinery from Russian drone strikes.

And there were two explosions in the video that I didn’t know whether to take as a missile or another explosion. Possibly up to 12 were shown in the video. 10-14 hits.
