Yes, it is mostly Biden’s fault that Ukraine is not winning the war and entirely his fault that they cannot strike Russia. Harris needs to change that.

@PatrickManFung1 @JayinKyiv: I don’t think that Harris is making the vast majority of policy decisions for the President. I think Biden was pushed out by Pelosi, Obama, and others after the debate because they thought Harris would win against Trump for election purposes, but not affecting current US policy.
