The first documented interception of the Russian decoy-drone “Gerbera” with the help of FPV drone.
These are launched together with Shahed kamikaze drones to to divert the attention of the Ukrainian air defense and provoke to waste expensive interceptor missiles on decoys.
Therefore, one of the best ways to counter them are cheap FPV drones.
Hopefully, soon we will also see published videos of the interceptions of Shahed kamikaze drones themselves.
