RT @InsiderGeo: Ukraine-Russia. Today, an exchange of prisoners took place, with 95 Ukrainians returned home in exchange for 95 Russians, facilitated by the UAE. Many of the returning Ukrainians, who had been held captive since the onset of the full-scale war, are suffering from injuries and illnesses. Employees from the Office of the Ombudsman are on-site to assess the condition of the returnees. The returning individuals require both physical and psychological rehabilitation.

@Schizointel: Decades worth of interceptors. That’s crazy. I don’t think Israel is concerned about going into wars or large scale conflicts because regardless of what happens, US will be there to defend them. They think that the US is the IDF. Even if the US tells them not to do something, they still will do it, and US ends up sending more of its military to defend Israel.
It’s understandable to protect Israel to an extent, but so much military force, ammunition, and JDAMs have been used on Israel, and they don’t seem to care if US wastes have of its THAAD or ship launched SM interceptors to shoot down garbage Iranian ballistic missiles. Meanwhile there are fewer interceptors to protect US military bases, aircraft carriers, and ships around the world, and it would take many years to restock the stockpile. Israel’s war with Hamas and Hezbollah the past year has taken a lot of attention and effort off of helping Ukraine win and focusing on much larger threats like Russia and China. Russia and China are both thankful for that.

🇺🇦🇷🇺 | Ukraine and Russia held a new prisoner exchange, as a result of which 95 Ukrainian and 95 Russian servicemen were released from captivity.
Among the freed Ukrainians are the defenders of Mariupol.

🇰🇵🇰🇷 | North Korea released photos ofhat it described as a South Korean military drone that allegedly crashed in Pyongyang on October 13.
In connectionith the alleged incursion, the Ministry of National Defence of the DPRK and the General Staff of the Korean People's Army gave all units in the capital city and near the border instructions to "reinforce anti-air observation posts," KCNA reported.
In addition to that, the North Korean military decided to "keep the combined artillery units and the unitsith important fire duties near the border in full combat readiness, and this decision has been approved."
A spokesman for the Ministry of National Defence of the DPRKarned that "if a violation of the DPRK's territorial ground, air andaters by ROK's military means is discovered and confirmed again, itill be regarded as a grave military provocation against the sovereignty of the DPRK and a declaration ofar and an immediate retaliatory attack...
