RT @Jeff21461: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a draft law that allows them to temporarily expropriate land from its current owner for the purpose of constructing and maintaining defensive fortifications.
The draft law will now pass on to the Ukrainian parliament were it could then be adopted into law.
