@cdrsalamander: The first serial production F-15EX were just delivered to the Air National Guard this summer. Giving Ukraine EX means sacrificing the USAF's own recapitalization program. The Ukrainian Air Force doesn't have the capacity to operate and sustain 2 new western fighters. What DoD should have done is order them new F-16 Block 70/72s.
