RT @Faytuks: Chief of the General staff of the Belarusian armed forces confirms that they shot down drones over Belarus yesterday.

As @Hajun_BY points out, the Belarusian MoD doesn't mention that these were actually russian shaheds

@charly0153: I think the one in this dock could be Knyaz Pozharskiy.

Looks like Dolgorukiy remains at Zvezdocha with the Project 2020 alongside.

@charly0153: The reason for docking in doesn't have to be anything major. It could be some sort of inspection or minor work of some kind, and they don't have to take the sub into the halls.

If the weather cooperates, we'll get to see how long this stay becomes.

RT @Archer83Able: Footage documenting the moment when Russian missiles struck the city of Lviv in western Ukraine early on Wednesday.

Moments before the third impact, Russian [cruise] missile can be seen dispensing what are presumably flares/decoys. https://twitter.com/Archer83Able/status/1831278351350129152#m

@CantonCustoms: I know no Nanking "incident" but if you meant the Nanking Massacre, I'm pretty sure I would

“It’s not that simple”: The first reaction of Belarusian propaganda to the air battles with Shahed drones

In the morning, officials and propagandists began to comment on the night “battles” with drones over Homiel. @Hajun_BY analyzed the official reaction. 👇

📍The fact of the existing reaction

Russian Shahed-131/136 drones have been systematically flying into Belarus since the beginning of July. On July 16, it was reported about the downing of a drone in Homiel region.

An on August 29 it was reported about the combat work of a fighter of the Belarusian Air Force on drones. All these incidents remained without official comments. Only attempts of some propaganda resources to deny everything were recorded.

However, the events over Homiel (a city with half a million inhabitants) on the night of Sept. 4-5 couldn’t be ignored. The resonance was too great. There’s no doubt that if the drones had been shot down over less urbanized territory, there would’ve been no official reaction

📍Ignoring what country launched the drones
A spokesperson for the Belarusian Air Force and Air Defense Forces Command spoke about an airspace violation by “presumably UAVs,” and the Belarusian Ministry of Emergency Situations spoke of a “presumably shot down” drone.

Officials also don’t mention the participation of air defense units of the Russian Armed Forces in repelling the “invasion” of their own drones.
