@BaddCompani @shellmelissa701: The violations occurred from 2017-2023, during both the Trump & Biden Admins. This is not really a failure of political leadership though but an institutional failure on the part of civil servants in the State Department who did not exercise adequate oversight.

They issue longer term contacts as they are able but they are limited by availability of funds and MYP from doing more up front ordering. They can only indicate future intent and place orders annually as funding permits.

Looking at sat images it looks like fighting for the two settlements began sometime around the 18-22nd of August. Ukrainian officials stated that offensive operations continue in Kursk. There's been no other movement really since I started this thread,

Considering fighting for those settlements possibly have been going on for over a week, I still think the Ukrainian offensive has stalled for now. A stalled offensive does not mean there wont be fighting or movement of the frontline.
