As you can see there were multiple rocket hits, one hitting a car, the other hitting nothing, and the other hitting nothing or possible another object. When an unguided rocket is launched at a residential area it can hit anything, cars, buildings, stores.

RU forces have advanced in the Pishchane and are just 6km from the Oskil river. This advance have been going on for a month or so, but at some point there's a risk for the Ukrainian "beach head" east of Oskil to be split in to two.

10.🇷🇺810th Naval Infantry Bde POWs captured in Kursk Oblast.
A new POW captured by 'Group Grom' of the🇺🇦225th Assault Battalion.
He says his commander informed by radio that soon a group would arrive for rotation. He thus went to the dugout to collect the men, but then realised that everyone there was KIA.
