@ColbyBadhwar: This is a little unclear as it pertains to the trips to Iran & Russia, but in the case of Lebanon, the implication seems to be that the SM-3, SM-6 & ESSM data was disclosed to unauthorized persons, perhaps even deliberately.
That someone in Lebanon has it, means that Iran & Russia also now have it as well.
In the case of the PRC, they received a wide variety of technical data from Collins. Most of America's military aircraft are compromised to some degree as a result. https://twitter.com/idontwa86202030/status/1829582561237975492#m
