Earlier today, @svaboda reported that in August 2023, a Belarusian convicted under 5 political articles, who was detained in fall 2022, died in detention in Belarus. The media noted that it was the wife and son of this man who were recently deported from Sweden to Belarus.

Russia is introducing "additional security measures" on the territory of the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant from August 29, the regional authorities announced.

The entry to the town of Kurchatov, where the Kursk NPP is located, will be restricted.
