Kursk day 21 update

@cym27s: Yes, it was. It was reported that 11 Tu-95s were airborne to launch missiles; you also reported this. Each Tu-95 can hold a max of 8 X-101 Cruise Missiles, which means they could’ve launched 88 of them at most. You reported 28 Kalibrs could be launched, which matches that report

@ukraine_map @cym27s: This is your report from 11 hours ago stating that 11 Tu-95s were airborne, and that 28 Kalibr Cruise Missiles were available in the black sea to be launched

@cym27s: They certainly can be involved in the launching, you’re assuming that some of them are not that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true. When they are doing a large strike they will use whatever they can available, and in this case they 100% had the capability to launch 88 X-101s.

@ukraine_map @cym27s: Usually, it doesn’t mean always. Previous strikes are not the same as the ones today. They were never as large as this.

@NOELreports: The more air defense one side has, the more missiles need to be used in a strike. Regardless, several more Patriot, Hawk, Vampire, and NASAMS Systems would have helped a lot in today’s strike.

@zuruumi: It would be closer to the end of the decade. Long-lead times are inherent to brand new systems that are just entering LRIP. Norway made a decision to prioritize delivery schedule over capability. Really they ought to ask for a production license like Australia has.

RT @John_A_Ridge: Showcased at #Hook24, the Rapidly Adaptable Affordable Cruise Missile (RAACM) is a multi-platform/mission standoff weapon being advanced under a USAF SBIR Phase III award.

@CoAspire is offering RAACM to the DoD and international customers, with an apparent interest in Ukraine. https://twitter.com/CoAspire/status/1827684448638218581#m
