The Kremlin's website says Putin received reports about the situation in Kursk oblast/border area from the commanders of the 810th and 155th Naval Infantry Brigades, and the VDV's 11th, 51st, and 56th Air Assault / Airborne brigade and regiments.

With the claimed fall of Kranyi and Krutyi Yar, the Russians have now moved the fighting to the last solid line of fortifications before Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad.
Both UA and RU sources have claimed Russians have taken the villages.
