Update map from this morning showing Russian gains along the Pokrovsk front. @Deepstate_UA says the 1st and 3rd battalions from the 31st Mechanized Brigade were able to break out of the encirclement last night. They say that a delay of even a couple more hours could have led to a second ring of Russian forces encircling their positions.

The elements of the Ukrainian 31st Separate Mechanized Brigade managed to break out of the Russian encirclement between the settlements of Prohres and Lozuvastke, DeepState informed.
It was said that the soldiers from the 31st OMBr decided to withdraw despite the fact that no such order came from the brigade leadership.
