Looking at the FR24 replay, there might have been some estimation going on while it was in progress, making it appear that they were further north than normal and their actual track.

4 more political prisoners were released from the Homiel women’s penal colony No. 4 in July.
Also, on July 3, political prisoners Tamara Astreika, Sviatlana Lupach, Katsiaryna Madziankova and Palina Palavinka were released from prison.
Belarusian political prisoner Daria Losik was released from prison, @nashaniva reports.

🇪🇸🇺🇦 Update on Spanish aid to Ukraine
Spanish Defense Minister Robles "announced to Minister Umerov the next shipment of the material necessary for Ukraine to have a fully operational HAWK anti-aircraft battery in September"
Unclear if this is an entirely new HAWK battery, or additional materials to improve the operational readiness of the existing HAWK assets that they have provided.
