Russian State Duma has proposed to consider carrying electronic gadgets by Russian military personnel in the combat zone in Ukraine a "gross disciplinary offense."

According to amendments supported by the State Duma Defense Committee, Russian servicemen might face disciplinary arrest for up to 10 days for not complying with the ban.
