The more important factor is still manpower. Russia is reportedly still recruiting 25-30k soldiers a month, and a lack of infantry is still Ukraine's biggest problem on the battlefield. Ukraine significantly increased its recruitment of mobilized and volunteer soldiers since the mobilization law went into effect in mid-May, and the relative monthly recruitment rate will remain a key factor that determines the trajectory of the war.
