Russia has directly hit the toxicology department of Okhmatdyt National Specialized Children's Hospital in Kyiv.

This incident appears to be a deliberate strike rather than an intercepted missile, based on the available information.

Okhmatdyt is Ukraine's largest pediatric hospital and has been providing critical care to children throughout the ongoing conflict. The hospital has already faced challenges due to nearby shelling, forcing staff to relocate patients to basement areas for safety.

This latest attack represents another significant escalation, directly impacting a medical facility dedicated to treating vulnerable children.
This attack is constituting a serious violation of international humanitarian law resulting in another potential war crime committed by Russia.

To address some claims regarding the visibility of wings and the possibility of the missile being a Kh-101:

A comparison between known footage distributed by the Russian Ministry of Defense and the footage from this attack provides some insight:

The wings of the missile are partially visible in the footage from the recent attack. It's important to note that the visibility of wings depends on two key factors:
- The angle from which the missile is being observed
- The quality of the video footage

Interestingly, in the video of a Kh-101 launch released by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the wings are also not clearly visible --> The lack of wing visibility does not necessarily rule out the possibility of it being a Kh-101 missile.

While a definitive conclusion about the exact type of missile should only be made after a thorough investigation, based on the available footage, a Kh-101 remains a plausible possibility.
