I saw 5-7 hits on a place which has been bombed on numerous times, and i saw one hit on the hospital area. I dont think it's unreasonable to question if that lone was a off target.

I dont understand why people care if it's intentional or not. It does not matter. Russia are responsible. The invasion of Ukraine was intentional, all deaths related to it are on them.
