@thenewarea51: So if the shark fin is sticking out the side, parallel to the ground and not on the bottom of the plane then it is combat ready and can carry nuclear weapons. But if the fin is at the bottom and not on the side then it is not in service or can’t carry nukes at that time?

@ukraine_map @thenewarea51: And looking at some available satellite images of B-52s, the fins are not visible or barely visible so the Russians may not be able to see if they are nuclear capable B-52s or not.
