DeepState shows photos of concrete pyramid blocks that were set to be a part of new Ukrainian defensive positions, just lying on the side of a road near the settlement of Lyptsi in Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine, where the Russians are currently advancing.

DeepState, citing Ukrainian soldiers, says these blocks have been lying there since the summer of 2023.

"Let's not draw conclusions, let them be made by the commission that will consider the good faith of the contractors who built the defense structures and the responsible persons who were supposed to exercise control."

Russian Army General Sergey Surovikin visited the Kremlin today, multiple Russian channels reported.

Surovikin was detained by Russian authorities for his role in Wagner's mutiny almost a year ago. In September 2023, he was appointed the head of the CIS Coordinating Committee for Air Defence, and since then was seen mostly in Africa.
