A modified 9P148 'Konkurs' ATGM carrier with an attached BPU-1 turret from a BRDM-2.
This vehicle is marked as belonging to Russia's 752nd Guards Motorised Rifle Regiment, 3rd Motorised Rifle Division, 20th Guards Combined Arms Army, Moscow (Western) Military District, a unit which normally operates BTR-82A.

The Biden Administration has informed Congress that US 🇺🇸 will be sending 300km ATACMS to Ukraine 🇺🇦 after the US Senate passes the Ukraine aid bill, reports CNN
Previously, only 165km ATACMS were sent, with 300km ATACMS Ukraine can reach the entire Crimean Peninsula
