Lukashenka’s daughter-in-law used the government plane for personal purposes – she traveled to Moscow to receive a diploma.
@nashaniva noticed that Lukashenka’s daughter-in-law Hanna Sialuk received a diploma of the winner of the “Chanson of the Year-2024” award and personally arrived in Moscow for it.
To receive this diploma in person, Sialuk used the Lukashenka family’s government business jet Bombardier Challenger 850 with reg. number EW-301PJ. This is the same plane with gold doorknobs and marble decoration discussed earlier.
The plane left Minsk National Airport on the day of the event, on April 20 at 13:43, to be in Moscow an hour later. It returned back on April 21 at 15:42, leaving the passengers at the government parking lot.
By the way, in addition to getting her diploma, Sialuk also visited a concert in the Great Hall of the Kremlin Palace, where children performed one of her songs.

How many conscripts will be drafted during the spring conscription campaign in Belarus?
On April 23, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus reported on the sending of citizens drafted for active military service (service in the reserve) to the troops.
Conscripts staff the Belarusian Armed Forces, Internal Troops, border guards bodies, and KGB.
A total of about 10,000 people are planned to be drafted for active military service. The number of conscripts to be drafted for reserve service wasn’t mentioned. About 40,000 conscripts were summoned to draft boards.
The conscripts will be sent to the troops in the period from April 23 to May 7.
Dismissal of servicemen who have completed active service into the reserve will take place in April-May 2024.
As in the spring-2023 conscription, this year the ratio of the number of those drafted for service to the number of potential conscripts (who are summoned to draft boards) is 1 to 4. Simply put, only 1 out of 4 conscripts were recognized fit for service and had no deferments from draft (for health reasons, due to the ongoing studying, etc.) For example, during the fall-2016 conscription, the ratio was 1 to 8.
Traditionally, the number of potential conscripts in the fall is higher than in the spring. This is due to the fact that graduates of educational institutions are subject to the conscription in the fall.
In 2023, health requirements for conscripts were reduced. As the results of the spring-2024 conscription show, this measure didn’t lead to an increase in the number of citizens drafted for active service.
However, the reduction of health requirements for conscripts allowed not only to maintain the current level of conscripts (10,000 per conscription), but also to increase the number of servicemen serving under contract in the army.
We note that due to the poor quality of medical examination of conscripts, some of them will be dismissed from service for health reasons. For example, in 2003-2018, an average of 300 people were dismissed each year.
