The Treaty of Moscow

In January 1997, Russia officially recognized the new Chechen government of president Maskhadov.

Shortly before flying off to Moscow, Maskhadov persuaded a renegade commander Salman Raduyev to cease his agitation and provocations against Russia.

In the treaty both sides agreed to reject "forever" the use of force or threat of force in resolving disputed issues, and to build bilateral relations between the Russian Federation and the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria "on the generally recognized principles and norms of international law.

Two years later, Putin decided that the agreement didn’t matter and proceeded to destroy all of Chechnya until they had no choice but to agree to be part of Russia.

🇷🇺🇰🇿🇺🇦 | Reuters: Russia has asked Kazakhstan to stand ready to supply it with 100,000 tons of gasoline in case of shortages caused by Ukrainian drone strikes and outages, according to three industry sources.

One of the sources said a deal on using reserves for Russia has already been agreed. Russian and Kazakhstan's energy ministries did not immediately reply to requests for comments.

RT @obretix: either sloppy or misleading on purpose, the IDF is posting blurry strike footage claiming it was a strike on a commander of the Radwan force in Sultaniyah when in fact it shows an airstrike on a building in Kafr Kila https://www.google.com/maps?ll=33.276449,35.556286&q=33.276449,35.556286&hl=en&t=h&z=18 https://twitter.com/idfonline/status/1777219675434242492#m

RT @manniefabian: Surveillance camera footage shows interceptor missiles being launched from an Israeli Navy Sa'ar 6-class corvette in the Eilat Bay this evening, at a suspected drone. It marks the first operational interception by the ship-mounted Iron Dome system, known as C-Dome.

A video of a Russian strike with Iskander-M or Tornado-S targeting a 9A83 transporter erector launcher (TEL) and 9S32 engagement radar (?) of the Ukrainian S-300V air defense system (or their decoys).

No ammunition detonation is seen coming from the 9A83 launcher vehicle, which usually occurs during strikes on missile launchers, so there's a possiblity that these were actually decoys.
