Combat readiness inspection of the 19th Mechanized Brigade continues.

📍 Units of the 1st Separate Mechanized Battalion and the 4th Separate Tank Battalion of the 19th Mechanized Brigade are still in Ashmiany district. The personnel together with the border guard bodies began service at the checkpoints.

📍The draft of 5000 conscripts has been completed to staff the 19th Brigade. This will allow to expand the brigade to wartime staff number.

Exercises are conducted with conscripts on basic combat training disciplines by instructors trained in Russia and by Wagner mercenaries. The removal of military equipment from long-term storage has also been completed.

📍A field hospital was deployed at the Lepelski training ground to provide medical support to servicemen and conscripts.

Belarusian school students are taken to training grounds and are shown military drills – a new level of militarization of education?

In recent years, Belarusian schools have been holding more and more meetings with the military, they take students on tours to various military units and dress them in military uniforms. However, last week the level of militarization of Belarusian education reached a new level – now students are taken to military training grounds to watch real drills.

At least two such cases have already been recorded:
• On 22 March, students of 10-11th grades of Biarezina gymnasium were taken to the Asipovichski training ground. Currently, the 191st Artillery Group of the 19th Brigade of the Belarusian Armed Forces is stationed at the training ground as part of the combat readiness inspection.

New ground equipment has been purchased for Machulishchy airfield.

According to the state procurement portal, the command of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of Belarus is purchasing services for the transportation of eight pieces of ground equipment for air support.

The consignor is the 121st Aircraft Repair Plant (Stariy Gorodok, Odintsovo district, Moscow oblast), and the consignee is the 50th combined air base (military unit 06752, Machulishchy airfield, Belarus).

The following equipment will be delivered to the consignee:
• two APA-5DM-120 airfield mobile electrical unit.
It is designed for AC and DC power supply with total capacity of not less than 120 kW (150 kVA) of on-board equipment of aircraft, their electric start during ground maintenance, towing of aircraft up to 40 tons.

• two UGZS.M-AR unified gascharging stations.
Designed for charging onboard systems of aircraft with gaseous nitrogen.

A citizen of Belarus, Alim Kashavarau, died after the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, the Embassy of Belarus in Russia reports. The man received multiple gunshot wounds during the terrorist attack on March 22, 2024.

Earlier it became known that a woman from Belarus was killed in the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk.

Are Russian military stationed at the Hozhski training ground? It’s fake

The media are spreading information that the French intelligence has been monitoring “the build-up of Russian forces in Belarus” for several days. Allegedly, the task is to control the territory around the Hozhski training ground located near the border with Lithuania and Poland.

Satellite images obtained by the special services showed the ongoing “redeployment of several Russian mechanized units, in particular, by rail, to the nearby Parechcha station” last week.

In addition, “the concentration of military equipment around Belarus’ garrison towns, including Baranavichy and Homiel, has increased concerns of Western analysts who don’t want a scenario of the troops deployment to repeat, which they failed to detect in February 2022.”
