Last night, Ukrainian drones attacked Russia's Novocherkassk State District Power Plant, which is the largest thermal power plant in Rostov Oblast.
The remains of a drone used in the attack were later found in the area of the facility.
The strikes caused two power units of the plant to be taken out of operation, Governor of Rostov Oblast Vasily Golubev said.

A photo of the remains of a 3M22 Zircon hypersonic cruise missile launched by Russia at Kyiv on March 25.
According to Defense Express sources, two such missiles were shot down by Ukrainian air defenses today.

This is still only an item in the annual state procurement plan, and the agency hasn’t yet held an auction to purchase the drones.
This is not the first such procurement in recent years. From 2020 to 2023, the Defense Ministry has purchased at least 9 Supercam S350 UAVs and 2 more Supercam S150 UAVs.
The following units of the Belarusian Armed Forces are already using Supercam S350 UAVs:
• The 927th center for training and use of UAVs (military unit 97085);
• UAV detachments of mechanized brigades (were established in each mechanized brigade in 2022-2023).
It’s likely that at least some of the UAVs planned for procurement will be sent to artillery ...
