A video of an APC moving at the intersection of Mashynabudaunikou street and Partyzanski avenue in Minsk is spread in the media. The movement is claimed to be related to the ongoing combat readiness inspection of the Belarusian Armed Forces.

Indeed, the published video shows the Volat-V2 APC. It’s developed by the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant, which is located 500 meters from Partyzanski avenue.

Currently, the APC is undergoing tests, and by the end of the year it should be put in service with the Belarusian Armed Forces.
We regularly record movements of MZKT chassis along Partyzanski avenue, which are undergoing tests (running-in).

In the video, most likely, the APC is undergoing tests (running-in). The APC movements are not related to the ongoing combat readiness inspection.

The third day of the combat readiness inspection of the Belarusian Armed Forces: what’s known at the moment.

The inspection began on March 11. The following units are known to be involved in the inspection:
• Units of the 1st Separate Mechanized Battalion of the 19th Mechanized Brigade (military unit 14398) continued the march to the area of the drills. On March 12, it became known that one of the units of the Belarusian Armed Forces would conduct drills on the territory of Ashmiany district (bordering Lithuania) as part of the combat readiness inspection. It’s possible that Ashmiany district will be the final destination for the military cargo train with the battalion’s equipment.

• Another unit is involved in the inspection – the 4th Separate Tank Battalion of the 19th Mechanized Brigade (military unit 22092). The Belarusian MoD published footage of the formation of a military cargo train with the battalion’s equipment at Zaslonava station (Lepel ...
