The Sejm of Poland adopted a resolution calling on the European Commission to impose a ban on imports of food and agricultural products from Belarus and Russia to the EU.
“It’s our moral duty to stop trade that may directly or indirectly contribute to the ability of Russia and Belarus supporting it to continue the war with Ukraine, especially since Russian imports may include grain stolen from the occupied territories of Ukraine,” the resolution says.
The resolution was supported by all factions of the Polish parliament. 441 MPs voted in favor of it, two abstained.
Also, during the consideration of the resolution, Minister of Economic Development and Technology Krzysztof Hetman said that in 2023, food imports to Poland from Belarus amounted to $86 million, and from Russia – to $380 million. Earlier, Latvia imposed the ban on imports of Belarusian and Russian agricultural products.

RT @Korea_Defense: The Republic of Korea Air Force paid tribute to its remaining F-4E Phantoms at Suwon Air Base on 08 March 2024.
As of March 2024, only 10 F-4E Phantoms remain, having been mostly replaced by F-35A. The remaining aircraft are scheduled to be fully retired in June 2024.
