Belarusians are against war, tactical nuclear weapons, and rapprochement with Russia, but the Kremlin continues to increase its influence on the country – Latvian special services.

The Latvian Constitution Protection Bureau (SAB) has published an unclassified part of the report on the activities of the agency in 2023. Among other things, the report includes the Latvian special service’s assessment of the current situation in Belarus, @reform_by notes.

The special service notes that Belarusians still have a high level of dissatisfaction with the political situation in general, but the widespread repression against the opposition, media, NGOs and civil society has significantly reduced any wider opportunities for protest. In addition:

• Belarusian society is cautious about further rapprochement with Russia.

1/8. As well as RuAF attempts to cross this vast field (tweet 807+513), since December they tried to push north along this treeline on the edge.
They aim for these UAF positions (47.45895, 35.7951); the treeline intersection behind; and ultimately to threaten Robotyne's supply road.

RuAF sustained losses here. In regard to that note the position of the foreground tracks across the field at 0:16-18, they will help locate these losses shown in the next 7 tweets.
