The Black Sea Fleet might need more than a new Fleet commander to see real changes in their fortune. https://twitter.com/Mike_Eckel/status/1758095828743250240#m

The Lelchytsy District Executive Committee indeed doesn’t know what’s going on there.

They claim that these are “just drills of the Ministry of Emergency Situations”, but if we assume that there really is a counter-terrorist operation there, then everything that happens on this territory is regulated by the Law “On combating terrorism” – this means that the local district executive committee just can’t know anything.

During a counter-terrorist operation, only the KGB spreads all information and takes the area under full control, and the local authorities (executive committee) have only one thing to do – to provide logistical support to law enforcers who can:

• control movements in the counter-terrorist operation zone;
• arrest people;
• enter any buildings (and break down the doors);
• use phones and computers of citizens, government agencies and other organizations.

So if it’s really a counter-terrorist operation, the Lelchytsy District Executi...

The aftermath of a Russian strike with FPV drone or ZALA Lancet loitering munition on a Ukrainian domestic-produced 2S22 Bohdana 2.0 155mm self-propelled howitzer.

The hit caused damage to the cabin. After some repairs, the howitzer should be operational again.

RT @shashj: Interesting from 2019. "There is strong evidence...a Russian company called KB Arsenal is working on a new type of military satellite equipped with a nuclear power source. Called Ekipazh, its mission may well be to perform electronic warfare from space."

@Capt_Navy: I haven't been tracking Admirals in detail but would think they bring in someone from the outside.

Maybe someone like the current Chief of Staff of the Northern Fleet Kabantsov?

New addition to the🇷🇺AFV graveyard NW of Novoprokopivka, Zaporizhia Obl.
A previously damaged🇷🇺T-72 destroyed by🇺🇦NGU 3rd Brigade 'Spartan' at 47.43123, 35.81078.
It took ages to find this as you have to squint at the film to see the lines, but a new crater is visible on Sentinel (07.02.24) at the same location where high-quality satt imagery shows it abandoned since October.
There are also glimpses of it abandoned here in 2 other poor-quality films.
The T-55 destroyed later in the film is still to be located. I will post below separate films of the T-72 when damaged and destroyed.
Note, although not all are visible in the reference image, there are now at least 9🇷🇺wrecks around this junction.

Counter-terrorist operation: 4 helicopters with the Internal Troops and Special Forces soldiers flew to Lelchytsy (Homiel region, Belarus). Chronology

We found out that today, starting from 11:30, 5 helicopters arrived in Lelchytsy, 4 of which were helicopters of the Belarusian Air Force. Soldiers of the Internal Troops and the Special Forces were on board.

We have the full chronology of today's flights at our disposal. And we’d like to emphasize that the first report on the introduction of the counter-terrorist operation regime on the territory of Lelchytsy district was published only 39 minutes later after the first helicopters left Machulishchy airfield.

Key points:
• Two groups of two Mi-8 helicopters of the Belarusian Air Force were sent from Machulishchy to Lelchytsy. The first at 10:00, and the second at 11:35. Both groups made stops at Lipki airfield and in Maryina Horka before Lelchytsy.

• In Lipki, the helicopters took soldiers of the ...
