Right now we see that propaganda, Telegram channels of law enforcers, and officials from Lelchytsy have no synchronization – everyone is saying different things, giving little information, and even with huge delays.

Lelchytsy district newspaper reported about the introduction of the counter-terrorist operation regime at 10:38. @MotolkoHelp published the information at 12:11. Law enforcement and propaganda Telegram channels started writing about it only after @MotolkoHelp and other independent media had written about it.
