@JohnH105 @tom_bullock_ @naalsio26: On training grounds near the border that new personnel go through, based on own monitoring, Pogonovo, Postoyalye Dvory and Persianovskiy seems to have a steady throughput.
Only home garrisons I regularly look at are Pechenga and Sputnik where they do train replacements in addition to conscripts.

Today, new Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, arrived in Kyiv. A new defense package for Ukraine from Poland was also discussed, no details yet. Zelensky about the visit:

• On January 16, a meeting of the Security Council was held to consider the drafts of the National Security Concept and the Military Doctrine of Belarus. Both documents will be improved and subsequently approved by the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly.

• A number of combat training activities were reported. These included an inspection of the tank and mechanized battalions of the 6th and 120th Mechanized Brigades, a group of servicemen went to Russia for training. The training of the Internal Troops by Wagner mercenaries continues.

• It became known about the plans to build the “Khrenin’s line” (fortifications) in Hrodna region.

•Mechanized units continue to equip combat vehicles with anti-drone canopies.
