The Shakhtinsky polyester plant is on fire in the Rostov region. There was an explosion inside the plant. The workshop producing fillings for mattresses and pillows suffered the most. According to the latest data, 9 people were injured in the explosion.

Likely Horlivka front.
A new loss of a🇷🇺1V14 artillery battery command/forward observer vehicle hit by an FPV strike by the 24th Mechanised Bde. It smokes at the end.
Its turret is turned to the right which may confuse initial ID. It also appears to have folded down/dismantled cope cage (not an antenna frame).

Tonight, Ukraine used the FrankenSAM for the first time in combat conditions. It shot down Shahed from a distance of 9 kilometers.

FrankenSAM is a hybrid air defense system jointly developed by the Pentagon, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Strategic Industry. In fact, these are three anti-aircraft missile complexes: the Soviet Buk air defense system with American RIM-7 Sea Sparrow missiles, AIM-9M air-to-air missiles in combination with Soviet radars and air defense systems based on Ukrainian old systems with Patriot elements and missiles.

A new submarine named "Bratsk" for the Pacific Fleet to be laid down in 2025, class not specified yet, but I'd say it will be another Project 08851 Yasen-M/Severodvinsk-class SSGN or possibly a new modification 08852(?).
Note there's already one submarine named "Bratsk" (K-391) of the Project 971 Shchuka-B/Akula-class SSNs (on the photo) - this hull was undergoing repairs since 2008 and in 2022 was declared unfit for repairs and scheduled for recycling.
