🇾🇪🇺🇲 | AP: The Biden administration is expected on Wednesday to announce US plans to redesignate the Houthis in Yemen as "specially designated global terrorists."

The US delisted the Houthis as both foreign terrorist organizations and as specially designated global terrorists in February 2021 as the administration sought to make it easier to get humanitarian aid into Yemen.

Technically, Ukraine could still do it with 30-40 SCALP missiles. It would just be a lot less damage to the bridge per each SCALP missile as seen in Chongar
