She was the only Delta III hull with 7-bladed propellers and the flow equalizer fins, which were originally designed to improve the efficiency of the older 5-bladed propellers.
On the other Delta III and Delta IV hulls the flow equalizers fins were removed as soon as the 5-bladed propellers were replaced with 7-bladed, on "Ryazan" however the fins remained installed until the recycling.

@John_A_Ridge: Ukraine would probably need hundreds of SLAM-ER and for them to be launched from F-16s. I hope that US makes this decision soon. Is it possible to ramp up the production to hundreds of SLAM-ER per year so Ukraine can use them since Storm Shadow, SCALP missiles are being depleted?

@John_A_Ridge: Hopefully, US can choose to give Ukraine SLAM-ER with their F-16s. With that range, the missile can reach 270km away, which will be able to reach almost the entirety of Crimea. It would also be very entertaining to watch the Russian military being destroyed by US cruise missiles.
