A building located on the territory of a garrison of the Russian 42nd Guards Motor Rifle Division in Shali, Chechnya, caught fire and burned completely on Thursday.
The reason of the fire is yet to become known.
The following units of the 42nd GMRD are located in Shali:
- 70th Guards Motor Rifle Regiment (в/ч 71718);
- 50th Guards Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment (в/ч 53185);
- 106th Separate Medical Battalion (в/ч 73615).
According to the original source, the building was the 70th GMRR HQ, and burned down with all of the documents.

За списком нас було 33. Всі прийшли добровільно, бо хоч це й було місяці через півтора після початку, але й необхідності ловити людей ще не було. Це були дуже різні люди. З міст, з сіл, айтівці, перекупи, підприємці і навіть медбрат, якого запхали в сапери. 1/
