1x Tu-160 has some sort of covering and 2x Tu-95s appear to have weapons ready for loading.

The Russian Navy has 4 Fleets and a Flotilla.
The permanent Task Force in the Mediterranean (which I think is the best English description) is made up ships of the various Fleet's on out of area deployments, hence numbers vary a lot.
